Good News for those of you who have been asking about the Nuno Scarf Kit
Kits are currently available at Intwined Fibre Arts in Salmon Arm.

There are four classes being taught this spring. The picture below shows the four items that you will create. They are: Nuno felted scarf, felted scarf with ruffle, small felted bag and finger-less gloves.
Nuno Felted Scarf
Nuno Felting is the art on bonding fibre to silk to make soft, drapey fabrics most often used in wearable art. Create a beautiful one-of-a-kind scarf using fine merino wool, silk chiffon and luxury embellishments. All fibres used in this class are hand dyed in small batches by myself. All supplies for this class will be provided.
Below are a few of the colorways available for your creation.
Felted Scarf with Ruffle
In this intermediate class we will create a cozy ruffled scarf with silk centre that is hand dyed by me and commercially dyed solid colored ruffle. All the supplies needed to create one scarf are included with this class .
Many colorways will be available for this class.
Felted Small Bag
Create a small seamless bag using the resist method of construction.Students will also learn to make a rope handle for their bag. Previous wet felting experience is helpful although not essential. The materials for this project are hand dyed by me and included in the price of the class. See the Recreation Guide for full details.

Finger-less Gloves
Create a unique pair of finger-less gloves (also known as texting gloves) in this intermediate felting class. Students will work over a resist using an assortment of fibres and luxury embellishments hand dyed by me. Previous experience with resist work while an asset is not essential. All supplies to create one pair of gloves are included in the price of the glass.
